About Earning & redeeming points

Earn points by taking Rewarding Panel surveys. You will receive surveys by email, or you can find them in your Dashboard or our mobile app (install here if you don’t have it). The number of points you earn for each survey depends on several factors, including survey length.

Your points will be deposited in your account within a few minutes after you complete the survey, or within four weeks. You will see the rewards associated with each survey, after you first click on the survey link.

If your points do not appear after four weeks, or if you think the points amount is incorrect, please let us know.

We are constantly looking for additional ways for our members to earn points. Please watch your inbox for program updates.

When you are logged in, you will see your Points Balance at the top of the screen, it's the number next to the star. Click on it, and you will be taken to the Points Balance page and see the detailed information about the points you earned, and the surveys you participated in.

You can redeem the points you earn for electronic vouchers and charity donations! Check Our Rewards page to find out more about our prizes.

You can redeem your points at any time by signing into our website and clicking the Rewards menu, where you will see our available rewards, and the number of points needed for each one.

1 - Choose the item you wish to redeem, adjust the quantity needed, then click on “Redeem reward”.

3- Verify that your email address is correct (otherwise your order cannot be recovered), check the box, then click on “Place your Order”

That’s it! We will usually email you the voucher instantly, but sometimes it may take up to 4 weeks.

Your points do not expire as long as you remain an active member of Rewarding Panel. If you terminate your membership in our panel or if your membership was deactivated for not responding to survey invitations, then your points account will be closed. Any points remaining in your account longer than 30 days from termination will be forfeited.

In case your membership got terminated for having violated our terms and conditions, then any points remaining in your account will be forfeited automatically.

We aim to send you the order, instantly in a week after you’ve placed it, but sometimes this is not possible. Please allow us up to 4 weeks for delivery of all orders. We will never ask you for your bank account details.

Shortly after having placed an order, you can still cancel it. To cancel an order, go to the Points balance section, that you can find by clicking on the tab marked with a star, on the upper right corner. If a cancel button appears in the order status column, you may cancel your order.

If you do not see the "cancel" button, then your order has already been processed by our supplier, and we cannot cancel it anymore.

Sign into our website and go to the Points balance page that you can find by clicking on the tab marked with a star, on the upper right corner. A description of your order, order number, and order status will be displayed together with other information regarding your activity in the Panel (surveys history, points, other orders, etc.).

E-vouchers are usually instantly sent. However, in some cases, it might take up to 4 weeks. If you have waited longer than 4 weeks, please check your spam/junk folder or resend the e-voucher to your email address. You can also contact us to find out what is causing the delay.
